DMV Connect is a private business that provides assistance with Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (“Nevada DMV”) related transactions, including but not limited to registration, title, and driver-related services.

DMV Connect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles or any government agency.

We do not issue driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, or titles. Final approval of all transactions is determined solely by the Nevada DMV.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this Website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. FEES & PAYMENTS

• DMV Connect charges a service fee for providing assistance.
• Nevada DMV government fees are separate and are paid directly to the Nevada DMV.
• All prices are displayed before checkout.
• Once processing begins, service fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Submit valid and legible documents
• Respond promptly to request
• Follow Nevada DMV requirements

DMV Connect is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

5. PROCESSING TIMES

Processing times are estimates only and may vary based on:

• Nevada DMV workload
• Document accuracy
• Customer responsiveness

DMV Connect does not guarantee completion dates.

6. REFUNDS

• Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion only if no work has been started.

Government fees paid to the Nevada DMV are non-refundable.

7. NO LEGAL ADVICE

DMV Connect is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

We provide document preparation and transaction assistance services only.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DMV Connect shall not be liable for:

• Denied applications
• Lost or delayed mail
• Customer errors
• Government processing issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
